Why do I keep getting repeatedly signed off or booted out?

Things that may cause the system to repeatedly sign off, boot off or log out:

  • A student is signed into their account on multiple devices
  • Signed into more than one tab or window simultaneously 
  • Parents accidently signed into the student's account on accident rather than their parent sign in
  • Wi-Fi connection issues
