I would like to know how the process of moving a child back to school after a semester or a year with Acellus would work? She'll be starting 1st grade and we'd like to have the option of returning her to public school next year. Do we simply obtain a transcript from Acellus and then enroll her back in class? 

Any guidance on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

Parents are able to request an official transcript for their student(s) through the parent interface. Transcripts will list fully completed classes. If your student was halfway through their courses, you are able to print off detailed progress reports or the student's report card to show the in/progress classes to the new school.
