Student cannot log in

My son who has been using PH for over a year, is using the same laptop in a location he has used many times. He is getting a message saying "Student not registered at the location".

 

I do not see any way to search in this forum either, so cannot tell if this has been asked before.

That is a great question Lorraine!

When the student receives the message, "You are not registered at this location", this often means they need to reconfigure the Easy sign-in again using the original ID and password.

Whenever you switch to a new device or location, the Easy Sign In will get dropped and it will revert back to the original ID number and password that is located in the parent interface. 

Once you have the existing ID and password from the parent interface, you can setup the Easy Sign in again on the student's device.  Here are some tutorials that will give you step-by-step instructions:
