Does this program offer a trial period, like a free trial that would let us try out the program before signing up?

We do not offer a free trial.  However, since the subscription is billed monthly, you will not be locked into any contracts or early cancelation fees.  Parents are able to cancel at any time to stop any future payments.

The cost for our program is $25/month per student. This will be an automatic withdrawal each month until you pause or cancel the account.  Your student will have access to 7 courses at one time which can be on any grade level or any subject.

To pause or cancel the program, log into the parent interface and click on 'Manage Account'.

Click on "Cancel Account" and type a reason like: Summer Break.

This will stop your account at the end of your paid thru date.

To cancel just one student, click on the word 'pause' next to your student's name.  When you click this, it will deactivate just this one student.  The other students will remain active and you will only be charged for the active ones on the upcoming payment cycle.

I know Acellus Academy offers a 7 day trial. You still have to pay, but if you decide you dislike it within that time frame you can call and get your money back.

My apologies. Not 7 day. It is a 30 day trial.

Although we do not offer a free trial, Acellus Academy offers a 30-day trial period. During this period, students can experience our online school by enrolling and participating in courses.

Parents may cancel their account at any time within the first 30 days and request a full refund. The trial period only applies to new parent accounts. Tuition payments to add a student to an existing parent account will not be eligible for a refund. After the trial period, all tuition payments are non-refundable.
