Connectivity issues and other errors

If my student has a connectivity issue or some other error when submitting a test or exam, am I able to reset that attempt so it doesn't count against them?

Thank you for your question.
Students have five opportunities on exams to receive a passing grade of a 70% or higher. If the student does not reach this goal for any reason, including a connection issue, they will automatically be able to retake the exam.
If the student does achieve a passing grade, then they are able to use the "retake for credit" option up to two times:
Students are able to cancel the retake step, if they so choose.
