What is the difference between Power Homeschool and Acellus Academy?

Acellus Academy is an online home school accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Power Homeschool is a courseware delivery tool that delivers online courseware to students being homeschooled by their parents, and as such, is not accredited.

Are there any other difference between these like courses available or interface, or just the fact that one is accredited and one is not?
