Can I pause the account during the Summer or holidays?

You are welcome to pause or cancel at any time. Just log into the parent interface and click on 'Manage Account'.
Click on "Cancel Account"
Type a reason like: Summer Break.
This will stop your account at the end of your paid thru date.
When you are ready to reactivate, log back into the parent account and again click on 'Manage Account'. You will be able to click on 'reactivate' to start the subscription back up and the student will start right where they left off.
