How do I add another student to my parent account?

In order to add another student to your parent account, simply log in, go to "Manage account":

Then click "Add Student":

From there, parents can add the student and pick the classes.

Can  a 2nd parent create a separate account to view and monitor a student? I am divorced.

Additional emails can be added to monitor a student's progress.  These secondary parent/teacher emails will only grant access to the student's grades and detail reports.  Any management features, such as updating payment details or changing courses, are reserved for the main email on the account.

To add additional monitoring emails, log into the parent interface and click on the student's name.  The 'Parent Registration' link will be found at the top of the page.  This allows parents to add up to 3 additional emails to monitor the student.  Monitoring emails may also be deleted or modified in this screen.  Note: The original email (1st email listed) is not editable.
