What can I do if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten or simply want to change your PIN, parents can reset their PIN by:
- Go to sign in through the Acellus App;

On the PIN Prompt, select “Forgot your PIN?” to begin this process;

In the box prompted, enter your new PIN twice;
- You will then need to verify the accounts new PIN by the method you choose;
- You can then sign in with your new PIN.
Do not close out of the verification window when a code is sent to you during the process. You will have to restart the process, otherwise.
