Do students need to sign in at a certain time?

Since Acellus Academy is entirely self-paced. Acellus does not require students to sign in at specific times. We make the program available 24/7 year-round so that you can set up whatever schedule works best for your student’s specific schooling environment.
This enables you to schedule vacations and breaks as needed for students. If they do not log in on a certain day, we will assume that you have excused them. You can consult and edit their attendance through the parent interface. Credit is given based on mastery of the material.

Hello. If this is the case does that mean that the attendance tab isn’t something that is required to be stamped each day for each course as long as my child fully understands the topic that week?

Attendance will simply be logged based off of when your student logs in to the program. Any days that your student does not log in will be left blank. Because we are a completely self-paced school, this does not impact your student's grade.
