Are our credits accepted by Acellus Academy?

Our school has been running for 15 years. Our graduates have gone on to many different universities and colleges. Our students have transferred back and forth to other private and public schools. But we have one student trying to join Acellus Academy, and she is being told that our credits won't transfer over. Please help.
