My 3 children have been submitting all their special lessons through the app but most of them are not being graded and it’s been weeks! Anyone have the same problem?

Special lessons are typically graded within 1-2 business days by the teaching staff. If your students have been waiting longer than this, we recommend reaching out to the teaching staff through the "Messages" tab in the student or parent interface. 

The teaching staff can help to look over the assignments to confirm they were submitted correctly.

Thank you for the response. I have tried messaging but have received no response. Any other recommendations?

If students or parents do not receive a response from the teaching staff within 1-2 business days, they are welcomed to contact the Acellus Academy Support Team regarding this request.
