Hello,

Can my son attend Acellus while enrolled at a local, private high school?

In order to graduate from Acellus, he would need to be enrolled @ Acellus for 12 months?

For example, if wast to enroll October 1, 2021, could he graduate October 1, 2022? Granted he has the units.

In order to earn a high school diploma and graduate through Acellus Academy, a student must meet the following criteria:

• Earn a total of 24 high school credits, including the minimum requirements in each subject area.

• Complete a minimum of six credits through Acellus Academy, including one credit in each of the four core subject areas (math, science, language arts, and social studies) and two elective credits.

• Be enrolled and active in Acellus Academy for a minimum of twelve months.

• Be at least 16 years of age.

• Meet all outstanding financial obligations with Acellus Academy.

We allow students to be dual enrolled while enrolled through Acellus Academy. You will also want to check with the other school that your student would be enrolled in to confirm that they also approve of dual enrollment.
