Is this school a Private School Satellite Program (PSP) in the law of California?

Hello, I was wondering if this school is a Private school satellite program in the law of California? Has this private school filed a Private school Affidavit. If so how does the record keeping work? If not, do I have to file a Private school Affidavit for my child to be enrolled in this school?

Acellus Academy is a K-12 online private school located in Kansas City, Missouri. The school is owned and operated by the International Academy of Science, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Academic records for students are available to parent through the parent interface. Parents can track student progress, and print report cards, progress reports, attendance reports, etc.
