My daughter is having a hard time with the videos. We looked through the tech support and did everything it said. Now this morning back to the same problem. She keeps having to rewatch videos. She gets through one answers the questions and then on the second video she has to sit through is like 4 times. We are very frustrated and have no idea what to do. This is not happening cause she didnt answer the questions wrong so thats not it. Please help thank you

We are sorry to hear that you are still experiencing technical issues. 

Please have your student try the following troubleshooting solutions suggested by our Tech Support Team:

  • Verify your Internet Connection is working
    • If using a WiFi network, try rebooting the router & modem
    • Test connectivity by connecting to a different Internet provider to ensure connection: WiFi, Mobile Data, Hotspot, etc.
  • If browser, clear cookies & cache
  • If app, uninstall and reinstall app
  • Closeout browser/app and reopening
  • Restart device

You will also need to be sure that you are working from a device that can support the Acellus app. If you work from an older device or a computer behind on updates, you can experience trouble with this.
