Hi,

I am having an issue with the stem robot coding for 3rd grade course recognizing the robot. We have tried multiple devices and followed the instructions and the robot does not connect. The program has now stopped asking us for the robot to be connected. After spending almost $300 on the robot, I would like it to work or get some assistance with it. It is important to make sure that you are connecting the robot to your device through the student's Acellus account rather than through the bluetooth settings on your device. I recommend restarting your device and the robot. Log in to your student's account and open the class. Choose to connect to the robot.
