Hello -

Will AP US History replace US History A and US History B for the required core history course?

To graduate and earn a diploma from Acellus Academy, high school students are required to complete the following courses in the History/Social Studies subject area:

• 1.0 credit in U.S. History
• 0.5 credit in U.S. Government
• 0.5 credit in Personal Finance

Students can take either take AP US History (1.0) or U.S. History A – (1877 – 1940) (0.5) & U.S. History B – (1940 – 21st Century) (0.5) for the U.S. History 1.0 credit requirement.
