Need to be absent for short time

My student is entering inpatient treatment today and will be unable to do her schoolwork for 7-10 days- what can I do to make sure her scholarship will stay intact as she will not be able to watch the video and comment this week and possibly next week (but will resume as soon as she is back home)

The program is available 24/7. This allows students the ability to sign in and complete classwork any day of the year.
Because Acellus is self-paced, parents can plan their schedule - including holidays, breaks, sick days, or time off. This is not something that needs to be logged or entered into the program as the system will automatically keep track of the student's attendance.
We recommend that parents under the monthly tuition rate pause their account if their student(s) will not access the program for a long time (2 - 3+ weeks). Pausing the account will stop the monthly payments, but all student progress and Scholarship rate will be saved. When the student returns, they can pick up exactly where they left off in their schooling, and their Scholarship will remain intact. Their work and grades will be retained.
