How are grades calculated

I see that my child has a grade in each course displayed as a percent. How are grades calculated for each course? Are lesson questions worth a certain percent of the grade? Unit Exams? Final Exams? Etc. If so, where do I find this information? Thanks.

In Power Homeschool we use the following grade weights to calculate the final grade.
Lesson Problems 30%
Unit Exams 30%
Mid-Term Exam 20%
Final Exam 20%
