Hi, After my high school student completes a class, Algebra 2 for example, does that constitute a semester (.05 credit) or a full year (1 credit)?

Credits for all high school courses and graduation requirements will be awarded on a “unit of credit” basis.

One “1.0 unit of credit” is equal to a year of instruction within a course. Some courses are offered to students with half credit, “0.5 unit of credit”, equal to a semester or half a year of instruction within a course.
