Score Errors

Our student is enrolled in Foundations of Music. When I reviewed the overall score today, I noticed the grade percentage is completely wrong. The score should be 100% but it is showing as 67%. How can this be corrected in the Power Homeschool app?
Update, our student completed additional questions and the score corrected itself. However, the original incorrect data now has me concerned about the accuracy of the Power Homeschool Scoring system.

Hello, Terri. Great question!
While a student is working in either a problem step or an exam, that "in process" step is being counted as 0%. This will bring down the overall class grade until the step is completed.
The best time to check the class grade would be when the student finishes that step and stops on a video.
