Flags under "status" in student management

I would like to know what the different colored flags are on the "status" in the student management portion of the app. I see some green and some blue.

The course details page will display flags for each step status:
- Red flag - Step completed but failed (received score below 70)
- Green flag - Step completed and passed (received score above 70)
- Blue flag - Step in progress (step that student is currently working on)
