Good Day.

I was curious as to how many credits are necessary to enroll into Acellus Academy?

I am also curios as to why this statement on the website

"Acellus Academy reserves the right to decline the transfer of credit(s)."

For what reason would Acellus Academy refuse a credit transfer?

Credits are not required to enroll in Acellus Academy.

During enrollment, you will be asked to provide basic information regarding your student. If a student wishes to import credits from other high schools, transcripts will be required before transfer credits can be awarded. These transcripts are required to qualify a student for graduation, but they may be submitted after a student has been enrolled and is taking classes.

Transfer credits must satisfy the following to be accepted with Acellus Academy: 

• Credits earned while attending another high school may be transferable.
• An official transcript will be required for the transfer of credits.
• Only credits with a C- or greater grade are eligible for transfer.
• Acellus Academy reserves the right to decline the transfer of credit(s).
• As a minimum, students must complete the entire 12th grade through Acellus Academy (minimum of 6 credits)

Besides the above requirements, our Records Department will review all credits and inform our parents of the review.
