NCAA non-traditional courseware application

Trying to fill out my paperwork for NCAA Core Course approval. It asks for how the final grade is calculated in an Acellus course (i.e. Daily work 40%, Mid-term exam 20%, Final Exam 20%, quizzes 20%, etc...). I'm assuming all Acellus core classes are calculated the same way?

All Acellus courses are calculated on an unweighted 4.0 GPA scale (including AP courses). Please see the attached files for Acellus Academy's Grading Scale and Weight Breakdown:
