Power Homeschool transfer of credits

My daughter and son are currently both enrolled in Power Homeschool. Around early September we were going to make the switch to Acellus. I see Acellus accepts completed power homeschool credits. But I also see there is a fee for credit transfers from other schools at $15 a credit. Does this fee also apply to power homeschool as this would be out of our budget. Considering the cost of tuition as well. Is this fee waived for power homeschool I read in another forum it was.

There is currently no transfer fee for Power Homeschool credits.
If the student has completed high school level courses, these may be counted towards graduation. These credits can be transferred after enrollment and by creating a High School Education Plan. Here are the instructions:
The High School Education Plan will automatically transfer over any eligible credits from Power Homeschool once the "IMPORT CREDITS FROM POWER HOMESCHOOL" option is selected.
