My son is going to get his GED and the state is requiring a SIGHNED attendance disclaimer from Acellus Academy. I have sent multiple requests via email to records@acellusacademy.com and we have called and talk to someone on the phone with no luck. How can we get this form signed? The state needs this ASAP. Please help.
