I cannot find any outline/documentation on the Acellus website that explains how Career Academic Advising works? I have three students registered in the Enhanced plan. All I was told to call the Enhanced number from the initial email received 8 years ago! (Not very good customer service) Can you please explain how the student/parent can take advantage of this? Please detail so I can understand completely. Thank you.
